- A Regular Order is processed within 48 hours In case of delay, we will notify you by email. It's important to supply us with your updated contact information.
- Once your order has shipped, a Tracking Number will be emailed to you.
- If your Shipping Address is different from your Billing Address, please indicate the specific Shipping Address. Otherwise, we will consider your Shipping Address to be the same as your Billing Address.
- Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses at this time.
- Our Free Shipping covers 48 states within the U.S. for Regular Orders. Unfortunately at this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. Territories.
- Occasional shipping errors do occur. If the error is caused by the Shipping Carrier, Indigo2ash shall be responsible for filing the claim and getting your order re-shipped to you as quickly as possible--at no additional cost.
- If the error is caused by the customer’s providing Indigo2ash with the wrong shipping address, Indigo2ash will recall the package, and reship it to the correct address. An additional surcharge will be added to your final invoice.
- The above applies to both shipping address error and shipping item error.
- New York Sales Tax of 8.875% on purchase price will be charged for shipments within New York State. For shipments to all other states, no sales tax will be charged.
- The regular order is normally delivered within 5 to 7 days. East Coast orders will arrive within 5 days. You can follow the status of your order through the Tracking Number.
- We are not shipping international orders at this time.

Our Returns Policy is as follows:
1. Soft Goods: Pillows, Draperies, Bedding and Rugs
Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us if the product is defective or damaged; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.
Pillows, Draperies and Bedding: Return for any other reason must be within 30 days of receiving the order--unused, in original packaging. Please indicate the reason you wish to return the item, and whether you want a replacement, a merchandise credit or credit card refund. All you need to do is ship the item back to us.
Rugs: Return for any other reason must be within 14 days of receiving the order--unused, in original packaging. Please indicate the reason you wish to return the item, and whether you want a replacement, a merchandise credit or credit card refund. Purchaser is responsible for Return Shipping Fee and 15% Restocking Fee.
Shipping charges and Delivery fees are non-refundable.
2. Made to Order Furniture (Upholstered Furniture)
Made to Order items are non-returnable, except in the case of a Manufacturer Defect. Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled or returned.
3. Non-Upholstered Furniture and Accessories
You must notify us within 14 days of your wish to return the item. Purchaser is responsible for Return Shipping Fee and 20% Restocking Fee. Please indicate the reason you wish to return the item, and whether you want a replacement, a merchandise credit or credit card refund. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way).
Delivery fees are non-refundable.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If packaging is defective upon your receipt of the item, do not accept the item. Send it back to Indigo2ash with our delivery service. Important: Refuse Delivery!
Important! Please note we cannot accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear. We also cannot accept returns of final-sale items.
